Do you develop custom software even for small businesses?
Yes. We build custom solutions for businesses of any size. We start small and scale up as your business grows.
How does your development process work?
We work in 2-week cycles: we plan, prototype, program, and test. We deliver what’s ready so you can start using it and give feedback.
We already have an old system. Can you integrate or migrate the data?
Yes. We assess the system, create integrations or migration scripts, and validate everything before going live.
How long until I can use the new solution?
It depends on the project: a simple first version can be ready in 1 to 2 months, medium projects in 3 to 4 months, and more complex systems in 6 months or more.
How much does it cost and how is it billed?
Development is quoted per project, based on complexity. After delivery, a monthly retainer covers hosting, backups, maintenance, and small changes. Larger improvements are quoted separately.
Is technical support included?
Yes. Support is included in the monthly retainer: help desk, monitoring, and incident resolution at no extra cost. Every request is logged in a dedicated portal, where you can follow its status and history.
How do you ensure data security and confidentiality?
We use servers in a data center in Portugal with 24/7 surveillance. We make 3 daily backups, also stored in the cloud. We have firewalls, antivirus, and continuous monitoring.
What technologies do you use and how do you ensure scalability?
We build mainly on Microsoft technologies and modern web frameworks, and scale up or out as your usage grows.
Do the applications work on mobile?
Yes. Our solutions adapt to mobile screens and can be installed like an app, without going through the app stores. Updates arrive automatically.
